How to cut your lunch bill in half

There is no such thing as a free lunch, this is true, on the other
hand there is a cheap one. Have you ever thought what supermarkets do with there stock that is about to go off? I had, just now, that's why I'm writing this post.
Lunch type foods go off quickly, within a few days of arriving at the store, most good supermarkets will reduce there old food to clear. In my past experience, supermarkets will
usually reduce ready-to-go-off later in the day by about half. So to save about 50% on your lunch and don't mind eating food that is a wee bit out of date all you have to do is keep an eye out for the big yellow reduction sticker.

summery: go to your supermarket in the evening and keep an eye out for reduced to clear items on the lunch kiosk.

  1. A good time is also first thing in the morning, but I totally agree with buying cheap food so it leaves you with more cash to spend on other stuff (in the supermarket, so they get it get in the end!).
